From the outset, the goal was clear: create a modern, cohesive signage system that complements the centre’s contemporary architecture while improving navigation for visitors.
Working closely with the client, we developed a suite of signage that balances functionality, durability, and visual impact—both day and night.
A key feature of the project was the creation of striking external totem signage. These illuminated structures provide clear visibility for passing traffic while showcasing the centre’s retail brands in a bold, organised format.
To support the design process, we went a step further by producing miniature totem models for the client. These detailed scale models allowed stakeholders to visualise the final product before manufacture, ensuring confidence in the design and alignment at every stage.
Inside the centre, we implemented a range of wayfinding signage to guide visitors seamlessly through the space. From directional signs to tenant listings, every element was designed to be: clear and easy to read; consistent with the centres branding; integrated into the architectural environment. The result is a smooth, intuitive visitor journey, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Our experienced installation team ensured every element was fitted with accuracy and care. Working at height and within a live retail environment required careful coordination, safety planning, and attention to detail—something our team consistently delivers.
