This month marks an incredible milestone as Tom celebrates 10 years with Sapphire Signmakers, specialists in sign design, manufacturing and installation across the UK.
Tom’s journey is a brilliant example of career progression within the signage industry. He began his career with Sapphire in our sign manufacturing workshop, learning the craft and developing an in-depth understanding of signage products, materials and manufacturing processes.
From there, Tom took his experience on the road, spending several years as a sign installer and fitting signage at locations across the UK. This gave him invaluable hands-on experience and an understanding of the complete signage process, from manufacture through to installation.
Through his commitment, knowledge and leadership, Tom progressed into Production Management, where he now plays a key role in overseeing our manufacturing operation and helping ensure signage projects are delivered efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect.
Over the past decade, it has been fantastic to see Tom grow within the business. His experience across sign manufacturing, installation and production management gives him a valuable understanding of every stage of a signage project and makes him an important part of the Sapphire team.
