Sapphire Signmakers was proud to support Ideal Heating, part of GROUPE ATLANTIC, with the launch of their National Training and Technology Centre.
Following a successful presentation showcasing our full range of brand implementation solutions, our first priority was securing planning approval for the new signage scheme. Our experienced project team developed a bespoke, site-specific signage package aligned with the client’s brand guidelines, using detailed insights gathered during a comprehensive site survey.
Once planning approval was granted, our production team began manufacturing the signage. The project was carefully managed end-to-end, with seamless coordination between structural engineers, groundworks teams, and installation crews. A dedicated project manager ensured the entire process remained on schedule and within budget.
This signage project included a wide range of internal and external solutions. Key features included high-impact fascia signage, constructed from powder-coated fabricated aluminium trays with Perspex® built-up acrylic lettering. The innovative day-night design appears black during daylight hours and illuminates white at night, creating strong brand visibility at all times.
A standout feature of the project is the striking totem sign, complete with a 3D logo and a combination of backlit, halo, and spot illumination. Positioned prominently, this feature creates a powerful first impression for visitors approaching the building.
On Friday 4th August, Lord Callanan officially opened the Ideal Heating National Training and Technology Centre at Bridgehead Business Park. To mark the occasion, Sapphire produced a bespoke acrylic plaque made from Perspex® acrylic, manufactured using 100% recycled MMA.
