At Sapphire Signs, National Apprenticeship Week is a week which we always support. Our apprentices are an integral part of our team and many apprentices over the years have remained with us which is testimony not only to the scheme and the training, but the team who support and help them develop into future Signmakers.
Last year 4 new apprentices joined us, over the week through our social media we have introduced each of them. Daniel Casey, Managing Director, always comments on how proud he is that we retain so many of our apprentices. He always mentions that when they start their journey, he remembers what it is going to be like for them, as he too started as an apprentice in the Signmaking industry.
