Sapphire again welcomed Paul Langley owner of Think Mental Health to provide training for 5 more members of the Sapphire Team. It was with great delight that yet again the course resulted in a 100% pass rate.
The feedback from those participating in the training is they are delighted to be given the opportunity to take part and they feel more aware of how someone could be struggling mentally in the workplace. They now have an understanding of how to engage with them, how to support them, and offer coping mechanisms.
Sapphire is committed to supporting and providing training for everyone in the team and not just for their role in the company but for their personal well-being too.
